The standard 45 pound straight bar. We are both friends…..and enemies. I have spent much of the last year only using it connected into the landmine attachment, but secretly I have been want to take it back on with deadlifts, squats and all those fun olympic lifts.
Yesterday as part of my workout, I finally got the nerve to begin working back through some different movements with it. The end result was this great combo that got my heart rate up and left me feeling super sore today in an awesome way!
I bring you the Overhead Carry Deadlift Front Loaded Squat combo…….enjoy all that it entails!
- Overhead Bar Carry: 30sec
- Deadlift: 12 reps
- Front Squat: 12 reps
Repeat 5 times!
