What are your training commandments?

A few weeks ago, one of my favorite strength coaches to follow on social media, Ben Bruno, posted his training commandments for the gym. And I have to say, he nailed it!

I think 5 and 6 are my favorite, but number 2 is what I wish more people would think about.

What would you include on your list?
