Just stopping in tonight to share this thought with you all. There is so much negativity out there, but we are our worst enemies sometimes with it. As my favorite sports psychologist Dr. Bhrett McCabe says, negative thoughts are like water finding a crack. And in a world where so many people seem to be critical of others, why not be that person who pushes the positive thoughts? Feed the positivity in your life on a daily basis and change the way you talk to yourself. You might be surprised how different life will look from a happier place.
