This past week we talked a lot about glutes, why you need to work on them and how to better engage them. This one was part of Warm Up Wednesday and is a great way to fire up those butt muscles before a round of golf
My main reading focus right now is Dr. Bhrett McCabe’s The MindSide Manifesto. Even just a few chapters in and I can assure you it is well worth the read. I’m looking forward to having some time to keep diving into it this week!
If you have Netflix and have never watched the new Hawaii 5-0, go turn it on now! We started re watching it from season one a few weeks back and I can’t stop. This show is just so good, my heart is racing just thinking about the episode we are going to watch tonight!
I finished off the weekend with a hike up Poo Poo Point with the Seattle U Women’s Golf Team, the view was spectacular today!
