This is the reminder my Apple Watch delivers to me 4 times a day. I realized today how often I press dismiss when it pops up though. But as I found myself sitting in my doctor’s office this morning, for once I accepted it.
So for 1 full minute all I did was focus on breathing in and out. And it was amazing.
I wonder what the world would be like if everyone accepted an invitation to just focus on breathing everyday? Something to think about 🙂
