Before you go to sleep tonight, lay on your back and rest your hands on your stomach. Breathe deeply into your hands feeling your mid section expand. Breathe out and feel support being pulled in towards your spine.
One of my favorite ways to practice breathing is using the technique from the Headspace meditation app. Breathe in on the odd numbers, and out on the even numbers going up until you hit 10.
