Let’s Meditate

Happy St. Patrick’s Day everyone!  I’m enjoying some shepherds pie and my favorite Irish cider tonight 🙂

Before I sign off for the night though, I wanted to share with you all an app I have been using to help quiet my mind and find a more focused path while I play golf.

It’s called Headspace!  The first version of it starts with 10, 10 minute daily guided meditations.  You would be amazed at how hard it is at first.  The narrator’s voice is great though and what I love most is the focus on letting outside noises enter and leave verses looking for them.  

Part of why I started incorporating meditation into my daily routine is that I needed a way to quiet my mind when life or golf gets stressful.  

We can all find 10 minutes in a day, give this a try, you won’t be disappointed!
