Sometimes the best workout is……

Rest!  Yes, to achieve the best results and keep your mind and body in the right frame, a day off is essential.  So for today’s workout I’m giving you the day off!

Workouts are to break the body down, and recovery days are where you rebuild and repair.  So basically if you never give your body a chance to recover, then you will never have an opportunity to get better!  Your body will exist in a constant state of soreness, weakness and disrepair.  This is definitely not a recipe for achieving results let alone having the body primed for excellence.

Take a page out of my puppy Danno’s book, and give yourself a chance to improve!!
