Golf Bag Workout

A few months ago I found myself on the road for 2 weeks without any access to equipment to aid in my strength program.  That meant getting a little creative and the heaviest item I had with me was my golf bag.  So here is a little workout I put together that got the job done!

Repeat each section 3 times

1a.  Single Leg Dead Lift 10 Reps Each

1b.  Single Arm Row 10 Reps Each

2a.  Sumo Squat 15 Reps

2b.  Chest Press 15 Reps

3a.  Stationary Lunge 20 Reps

3b.  Upright Row 20 Reps
