Take your workout to the beach!

The sun finally started shining around here today and it got me thinking back to my trip to Hawaii at the start of the year.  The beach is such a fantastic place to get inspired, and what better way to workout then with an amazing view!

Here is a quick circuit I did during that trip that challenged the legs and got the heart rate up.

  • Slow Motion Mountain Climbers 20
  • Reverse Lunge and Jump 10 Each Side
  • Crawl Forward and Back 30 seconds
  • Lateral Bound 20
  • Roundhouse Kicks 15 Each side

Repeat this little number 5 times and let the sweat fly!
