The sun finally started shining around here today and it got me thinking back to my trip to Hawaii at the start of the year. The beach is such a fantastic place to get inspired, and what better way to workout then with an amazing view!
Here is a quick circuit I did during that trip that challenged the legs and got the heart rate up.
- Slow Motion Mountain Climbers 20
- Reverse Lunge and Jump 10 Each Side
- Crawl Forward and Back 30 seconds
- Lateral Bound 20
- Roundhouse Kicks 15 Each side
Repeat this little number 5 times and let the sweat fly!
