An exercise that encompasses core and shoulder stability, hip mobility, thoracic extension, coordination, hip extension, motor control, balance and your heart rate will even increase!
It’s the exercise that has it all, and one of the most important keys is that you must earn each movement.
When I teach this for the first time we break it down and masters each section. Once you own it, you can add another segment!
