It’s not just for dogs……
……my body finally told me this afternoon that it needed more recovery time and a planned short nap turned into 4 hours! That is the end result of weeks, well, months of working with hardly any recovery time. It’s important to listen to your body and recognize when it’s had enough. A better plan though is to get consistent sleep and program in recovery days.
Do yourself a favor tonight, drink a large glass of water and head to bed early tonight! Then when you wake up tomorrow, drink another glass of water first thing.
