Fitting in some core work…..

Workout interuptus today!  Every time I started, something stopped me.  That’s life though, and it’s important to remember that one missed workout does not have to make or break you.  

So tonight while I decompressed from my day, I threw in some core exercises! 

  • V Up Arm Reaches 10 each side
  • Double Arm V Up Reach 10 total
  • Alternating Dead Bug 20
  • Leg Drop 10 each

Run through this a couple times and you’ve magically worked on some awesome lumbar stabilization and salvaged the interrupted day!
