Workout interuptus today! Every time I started, something stopped me. That’s life though, and it’s important to remember that one missed workout does not have to make or break you.
So tonight while I decompressed from my day, I threw in some core exercises!
- V Up Arm Reaches 10 each side
- Double Arm V Up Reach 10 total
- Alternating Dead Bug 20
- Leg Drop 10 each
Run through this a couple times and you’ve magically worked on some awesome lumbar stabilization and salvaged the interrupted day!
