I switched up my training routine a few months ago and started utilizing Kettlebells 3-4 times a week. Combined with all the kicking we’ve been doing this month and all the sudden my distances popped up almost 10 yards today!
Perhaps this is the holy grail for me after years of searching for exercises that would unleash some speed and power. Only time will tell, but early signs indicate that I have in fact chosen wisely.
