After spending the past 31 days kicking non stop, and in particular doing almost 2000 kicks yesterday to finish the month off, why stop right? Having a daily goal of kicking this past month proved to be both challenging and incredibly rewarding for all of us who took part. We have all found that having a daily goal to accomplish has made us feel stronger both physically and mentally. Yesterday we all shared some of the changes we have felt throughout the month. Muscles have grown, abs have reappeared, hip flexors have tightened up, our endurance increased and our butts have all gained strength!
With so many positives coming out of the month of May, I am definitely feeling inspired to continue down this kicking path to see where it takes me. But Doc wanted to switch things up a bit so he decided to alter the daily challenge for the month of June. We now enter the month of #100kicks100punchesaday. Yes, we are adding the arms into the equation!
I have decided to continue with 200 kicks though and will be upping the punches each day, 100 to be exact. By the end of the month I will have to do 3000 punches…..my arms hurt just thinking about it! Day 1 is done, let the adventure begin!
