Need help fighting some aches and pains?…..

I’m sharing with you tonight one of my go to remedies to help ease joint pain.  It’s not ice, massage or even exercise.  This remedy comes from Don Tollman, the nutrition cowboy who I had the good fortune of meeting a few years back at a seminar.

The topic of our conversation that day, arthritis pain in the fingers and how natural remedies can help eleviate some of that pain.  In this case, the answer is Tart Cherry Juice!

It is packed full of antioxidants which prove helpful in fighting inflammation.  In fact, tart cherries are ranked 14th among the top 50 foods that deliver antioxidants.  Studies have shown that taking a few shot glasses full twice a day will aid in easing pain and also in muscle recovery post workout.

Studies aside though, I have personally tested tart cherries out to help my aching arthritic thumbs out.  And the answer, YES, it works!

Give it a try post workout or just a few times a day to prevent or ease pain.  I find it usually takes me about a week to get back on track once I have a joint pain flair up, but even after just a few days of tart cherry juice, I’m already feeling better.  Let me know how it goes!

That lead to my mission to help the world move better, with less pain and killer dance moves. Thanks to the help of my partner in crime Dr. Harry Sese, not only am I playing pain free golf but I get to witness lives change everyday through the power of teamwork. Check out more at our website
