Sometimes a workout is the last thing I want to do. But my brain and body knows better, with how many injuries I’ve had over the years I just do not have the liberty to slack off. What’s the best solution?
I’m fortunate to have an Aussie Shepherd that loves to play games and running around with him is a great way to work on multi-directional training, acceleration/deceleration, change of direction, agility and getting the heart rate up!
And if you don’t have a dog, this is actually a game I use with my junior golfers. The goal is the mirror each other and try to fake the other person out.
Next time you’re feeling bored, grab a friend or your dog and start sprinting!
