This is month 4 of our office challenges, and this one could end up being a pain in the butt, literally.
Aside from our kicking/TKD challenge, I decided to put my focus on the glutes and hydration this month.

Yes, our challenge this month is to do 200 reps of any glute exercise every day in August! And more importantly, to drink 20 oz of water first thing every morning.
Throughout the month I will be posting my favorite glute exercises all designed to build stability and awesomeness. And starting each day hydrated will make them even better!
