The September Kicking Challenge Continues…..

This morning was the definition of All or Something! I’m at 7000 ft altitude this week playing a golf course that measures out to 9.85 miles with hills. To say it’s exhausting is an understatement, and getting in my normal workouts will not happen. But that doesn’t mean abandoning my goals. Instead it means fitting in a small amount of exercise that will serve my body and mind well. Kicking does just that! So this morning I enjoyed the crisp air and let some kicks fly. And tonight I will do some glute exercises to cool my body back down after a long day on the course.
