
The alarm goes off at 5:30am and you’re exhausted. But you have to leave in an hour for a morning flight and then go straight to work. As much as I didn’t want to move, I’m so thankful I drug my butt down to the hotel gym and did a quick circuit. It wasn’t anything fancy, but it was something. And sometimes that’s all you need to make the day better.
It also made getting back on the golf course this afternoon a heck of a lot easier!
