A workout and a trail ride

I’m sharing two things this evening…..

First, my workout yesterday has left me more sore than I have been in months! Here’s what it looked like:

  • 10 Reps of any upper body strength exercise
  • 15 Kettlebell Swings
  • 10 Thrusters
  • 10 Squat Jumps
  • 1 min Cardio Sprint
  • Repeat 8 times (yes, 8 times)

I can assure you, this will be tough and you will be sore.

And second, I’m also sore because I rode my horse 2 days in a row this weekend ending with an hour long trail ride. I have to share a few pics because she’s just so cute 🙂
