I’m not even sure what to say about this challenge. After 4 months of various kicks we had to perform each day, my husband has decided to switch things up and torture us. This is the the legend Superfood Wallace who has some of the most impressive range of motion and control I have every seen! He makes this look so incredibly easy when the reality is that it sucks!! I’m pretty sure if Alex O’Laughlin on Hawaii 5-0 wanted to interrogate someone and get the answers right away, all he needs to do is have them perform this exercise.
Our goal is to do this 3 days a week, although my glutes are so sore from it today that I’m not sure if I am going to be able to walk for a week. Fingers crossed it gets easier!!
