- 10 KB Swings
- 10 Lateral Squats
- 10 Bent Over Rows
It’s that simple, and if you go after this sequence 8-10 times, you will be feeling that sweet muscle burn. Remember, your workouts do not need to be an hour long to accomplish something. A little bit of focused work can go a long way, especially at 5am!
