Short on time, do these 3 moves!

Another workout coming at you from the road!  This time, it’s all about hitting some primary areas in a short amount of time.  As a golfer, there are 3 essentials to every workout.  Hip (glute) drive, ground force and the posterior chain.  And that is what we are attacking with this quick workout.

  • 10 KB Swings
  • 10 Lateral Squats
  • 10 Bent Over Rows

It’s that simple, and if you go after this sequence 8-10 times, you will be feeling that sweet muscle burn.  Remember, your workouts do not need to be an hour long to accomplish something.  A little bit of focused work can go a long way, especially at 5am!
