I’m back on the road this week and squeezing in some gym time at 5am! Thankfully this week our accommodations have dumbbells which makes it easy to get the heart rate up and get the muscles fatigued!
Here’s a quick circuit I busted out this morning:
- DB Thrusters
- Reverse Lunge and Bicep Curl
- Lateral Bounds
- Slow Mountain Climbers
Do 10 reps of each exercise and repeat! You can either set a timer for 10 minutes and see how many times you cycle through, or do 8 rounds if you have time!
And if the hotel gym has a treadmill, add in a quick sprint with each cycle, that will definitely get the sweat rolling.
