A quick bodyweight workout!

My challenge today was wanting to workout but having to modify because I’m still in pain from yesterday’s neck flare up. There was a huge part of me that wanted to throw the towel in. Thankfully my awesome client Kathy stopped in and we tackled this fun lower body workout together!

  • 5 Step Up to Reverse Lunge R/L
  • 10 Lateral Squat Jumps
  • 15 Air Squats
  • 20 Speed Skaters
  • 25 Kettlebell Swings (optional)
  • 30 Walking Lunges
  • 1 Minute Fast Feet Drills
  • Repeat 4 times!

My legs were definitely feeling this one ☝️

And the best part is you can do it right in your living room, no gym required!
