My challenge today was wanting to workout but having to modify because I’m still in pain from yesterday’s neck flare up. There was a huge part of me that wanted to throw the towel in. Thankfully my awesome client Kathy stopped in and we tackled this fun lower body workout together!
- 5 Step Up to Reverse Lunge R/L
- 10 Lateral Squat Jumps
- 15 Air Squats
- 20 Speed Skaters
- 25 Kettlebell Swings (optional)
- 30 Walking Lunges
- 1 Minute Fast Feet Drills
- Repeat 4 times!
My legs were definitely feeling this one ☝️
And the best part is you can do it right in your living room, no gym required!
