Let’s keep it simple today, this is an awesome workout that will get your heart rate up and get the sweat flying!

  • 20 Walking Lunges
  • 15 Thrusters
  • 10 Push-ups
  • 10 Box Jumps
  • 20 Skaters
  • Repeat 4-6 times
