To listen to your body! It’s great to push yourself, but recovery time is when you repair and improve. I️ was sore from head to toe today, plus I’ve been walking Danno so much this week that I’m exhausted. So I️ found 45 min to roll on the heated spikey ball and revisit some of my yoga flows. It’s amazing how much better I️ felt afterwards!
