A quick pre turkey day tabata

Looking for a way to get your heart rate up with no equipment needed?  Here are two great exercises that you can pair together for a tabata (20sec sprint, 10 sec rest, repeat 8x).

Part of the reason I love combining motions like this is that they work different planes of motion.  As a golfer, it’s so important to train multi directional as well as address shoulder stability, hip mechanics, ground force, balance and control.  Between both exercises you cover all of these aspects.

The best news is you can knock this out in 4 minutes!
