My body finally hit the wall today and for once I actually listened to it. As much as I know the importance of recovery and coach my clients about it, I tend to skip it in my own training program.
So instead of bringing you an exercise or workout today, I figured a picture of my cute pup would be better especially since he is the best at resting!
Today I’m thankful for all my awesome coworkers who helped me heal some aches and pains. I’m so happy to be surrounded by such awesome people 🙂
