Finish off your workout with this leg killer!

After 4 days of dealing with some sinus issues, it felt awesome this morning to be able to get back in the swing of things.  After taking on one of Jen Comas’s Dumbbell Domination workouts, I finished with this leg challenge that left me shaking!

Set a timer for 10 minutes and at the top of every minute, complete 10 squats followed by 10 jump squats.  Whatever time you have left in the minute is rest.  I decided to add some weight to my squats, but you could absolutely stick to body weight with this.
