
It’s so important to put down the weights and take a recovery day! Thank goodness for some beautiful weather in the Northwest today, it was perfect for a hike. My little buddy Danno and I took on our usual route and thanks to his quick feet, we beat our best time to the top by 2 minutes! Now we’re both exhausted and enjoying some Netflix binge watching.

Tomorrow, my golf clubs come out of hibernation! It will be difficult to tell whether I’m playing golf or skiing though since it’s freezing here!
