The sign of an effective training program…..

I haven’t touched my golf clubs in over a month, but somehow managed my way around the course today! No pain, motor patterns in place, and I felt stronger!

This is when you know your training program is right on track. The gym needs to enhance your abilities and allow you the freedom to still move your best! I’m excited to continue my personal fitness journey this winter along with all my awesome clients!
