Here we are, in the final day of 2017 and it’s hard not to think about setting goals for this new year. I’m not the biggest fan of waiting for January first to make changes, I think each day is an opportunity to keep bettering yourself and embracing ones unique qualities.
So for 2018 I’m taking on new challenges instead of setting resolutions. And I invite you to join me!
First up is the Metconmonster Challenge! I did this one back in August and Jill Coleman is bringing it back beginning on January 10th. To sign up, head to her Instagram account @jillfit for all the details and to sign up. She posted one of the workouts a few days ago and I decided to take it on yesterday…..my arms are now unable to reach above my shoulders!
Next, one of my ladies groups is going after the glutes in January. So starting on the first we are doing 200 Reps of any Glute exercise every day! Does your badonkadonk hurt just thinking about it?? This group will be changing the challenge every month and keeping each other accountable along the way.
And my last January challenge is to drink more water. This just has to happen, so I’m starting slow and just starting each day with a glass of water to build a routine.
