Traveling and staying consistent with workouts is really difficult. The fitness centers at hotels are unpredictable, and in the case of today, getting a workout in required getting up at 5am.
So today I took it on as a challenge after finding out that Med Balls were the only resistance equipment available. After a quick foam roll and warm up, I wrote out a plan….
I thought it would be fun to do some increasing reps and focus on keeping the heart rate up. This little routine took about 15 minutes to complete and left me sweating! It’s amazing how just a little focused work can get the job done in a short amount of time.
