Let’s Walk!

Today’s workout is simple but easily underestimated.  It involves the power of your own feet!  Walking is truly one of the best activities for everyone, but in a world where people believe it’s not a workout unless you are dying, walking is forgotten. 

It’s therapeutic, a chance to let ideas flow, it puts you in a fat burning state, reduces your risk of disease, low impact on the body and no equipment required.

I’m off to bed to recover from the 23,000 steps I managed today!
