Ever since we moved into our new home last year, I have been enjoying having this little set of stairs as a go to workout space when I’m in a bind. Here is one of my favorite sequences, all you have to do is set a timer for 10 minutes and see how many rounds you can fit in!
- Crawl and Pushup
- Reverse Pushups
- Squat and Step up
- Crab Walk Downstairs
- Repeat!
I’m off to Augusta tomorrow morning for a trip that I never in a million years ever thought would happen………I probably won’t believe it’s real until I set foot on the pine straw Sunday morning 🙂
