A quick 10!

On a day like today when I logged 25,000 steps walking Augusta National and also made the drive down to Hilton Head, that doesn’t leave much time for a workout! (although walking Augusta was quite the climb!)

Here is my quick fix on days like this when I want to sneak in a few reps minus equipment and time!

10 exercises, 10 reps each…….repeat for 10 minutes!

  • Squats
  • Pushups
  • Reverse Lunge Right
  • Reverse Lunge Left
  • Plank Retractions
  • Squat Jumps
  • Crawl Forward/Back
  • Cossack Squats
  • Alternate Side Planks
  • Split Jumps

That’s it!  You don’t even need much space for this one.  I’m off to dream of the amazing day I had experiencing the Masters for the first time, I will be sure to post a full recap tomorrow!
