No weights… problem, use your golf bag

As a golfer, your body needs to possess the ability to adapt to changing environments, uneven lies, and the continued abuse of rotating at a high rate of speed in one direction for hours at a time.  This is why I have become a huge fan of doing exercises loading the weight on only one side.

By doing this, you challenge your body to constantly adapt and activate in order to stay in form.  This is one of the most effective ways I have found to target asymmetries in the body and also build insane core strength!

And what makes this method even better, your golf bag can serve as a perfect weight!  Check out this version of the reverse lunge using your golf bag to provide uneven loading…….

Start with 3 sets of 12 on each side and see how it goes!
