A quick way to learn proper punching

The Doc was in session this morning working on proper punching form. We incorporate punches into our workouts fairly often at Golfletica and definitely when we do our TKD training. Turns out, the sequence to throw a punch is almost identical to hitting a golf ball.

Check out this drill we did today throwing wiffle balls. The goal was to get as much velocity generated as possible by the thrower, and the other person gets an exercise in quick reaction trying to catch it!

This is a great warmup drill that adults and juniors will love!
