My poor little puppy was sick all day which made it tough to squeeze a workout in. But somehow I found 10 minutes before my last few clients of the day and decided to hit the kettlebells. They truly are one of the best training tools to use when you are pressed for time. So many of the exercises you can do involve the entire body, stability, pelvic power, ground force and get the heart rate up! So set the timer to 10 minutes and enjoy this awesome sequence…….
- 15 kettlebell swings
- 2 strict presses/ 2 squats/ 2 thrusters R/L
- Repeat as many times as possible in 10 minutes!
