Just a little reminder for those of you who have started hitting the gym hard already in the golf off season…..make sure you are still taking golf swings!
While it’s awesome that you are building strength and power, we need those motor patterns to stay put and adapt to the changes. It’s tough when the weather sucks, but that’s where wiffle balls can be your best friend! Today I just hit them into a long curtain and it worked perfect. Who needs to freeze at the driving range right?!
