I’m visiting one of my favorite places on earth this weekend, Lake Tahoe! My parents live in the cabin my Grandpa built in 1960 and it’s filled with so many fun memories from my childhood. There is nothing better than breathing in the clean, pine tree filled air and taking in the amazing views of the lake.
I decided to take advantage of the beautiful setting and get in a quick workout this morning. When it comes to travel, I have learned that keeping it simple is always the answer. In fact, that is true of every workout. It doesn’t have to be fancy, the basics will always be there for you!
- 10 Pushups
- 10 Step Ups R/L
- 20 Crossovers
- 10 Reverse Lunge with Rotation R/L
- Repeat as many times as you want!
I only went through this 4 times today because there was another part of my workout I wanted to make sure I had some fuel in the tank for. If you can imagine doing a one mile run up a steady incline at 7500 feet of altitude…….I’m happy to report that I made it but man was I sucking wind at the top!
Have an amazing Saturday!
