It’s the weekend, but that doesn’t mean you can’t squeeze in a quick workout. Sometimes the best ones are fast, to the point and sneaky hard. That’s what I’m bringing you today, a simple 10 minute workout that only involves four exercises and needs a little heavier dumbbell or kettlebell in order to get that heart rate pumping! Basically choose a weight that is as heavy as you can handle while still maintaining good form.
- 10 Kettlebell Cleans (my favorite exercise of all time)
- Racked Kettlebell carry R/L
- 15 Kettlebell Swings
- 5 Pushups
Set a time for 10 minutes and complete as many times as possible or pretty (AMTAP).
