Yes, more lunges coming at you today! And this one is a favorite, especially for my golfers. The beauty is you do not need any fancy equipment, as you can see in the video, even your golf clubs can serve as a weight.
The idea is to load weight on just one side of your lunge. This causes your body to make constant adjustments as you move through the motion because the weight will want to make you fall over. When it comes to stability, this is what we’re talking about. Think about the constant environment changes your golf swing goes through in a normal round of golf. The ground might be slippery, the ball could be below your feet or the wind could even knock you over. Bottom line, the ability to stabilize under unusual circumstances will only make it easier to execute your shot.
