Mental Game Changer, let’s do this!

Just stopping in tonight to share with you one of the ways I’m working on my golf game on a day like this…..

You know that it’s been raining more than usual in Seattle when the golf courses do this! So the question exists, how on earth do you take steps to improve your golf game when playing just isn’t an option?

Today I received my copy of The Game Plan by Dr. Bhrett McCabe.  You’ve heard me talk about him a few times on here because I’ve been fortunate enough to spend a little time with him and it’s had a huge impact on my life and golf game.  This book is the companion workbook to his book The Mindside Manifesto.

While my team was out on the course playing in this lovely weather, I took some time to start reading and answering a few of the first questions.  So far, so awesome!

This graphic in particular I found to be super powerful.  How often in life are you asked to do something and you are ready for anything and happy for the opportunity?  I can already tell that I’m going to have a lot to ponder as I work though this.  Thankfully the forecast appears to be the same all week so I’m going to have plenty of time!  I will share more soon.
