A great way to wake the body up

The alarm goes off at 5am and every ounce of your just wants to stay in bed.  But getting the body moving and functioning is vital to reducing injury and getting the mind set for the day.

This is a quick bodyweight circuit you can do first thing to help get the ball rolling!

  • 5 Pushups
  • 10 Squats
  • 15 Pulsing Squats
  • 20 Alternating Reverse Lunges

Repeat this 4 times and you’ll definitely feel a difference!  For me this is a perfect solution on days when I can’t fit a full workout in first thing but still need activate my body.  I did this in my hotel room this morning knowing that I would be on the golf course all day coaching and it is remarkable how much less back pain I had!

Remember, it’s All or Something!
