Lately I been incorporating a mixture of powerful Kettlebell exercises with heavier lifts into my workout routine. The Kettlebells have quickly become my new best friend seeing as how they get my heart rate up, drive me crazy with the difficulty level and attack my stability issue unlike anything else ever has. When you combine it with some heavier lifts, the heart rate stays elevated and the body responds in awesome ways. Best of all, this method is efficient and will condense your gym time.
I’m sharing one of the workouts I did this week with you tonight. I added in a mobility move called the spider man in just to have a little recovery time. 6 rounds later, you will be drenched in sweat!
