Just a reminder…..

Workouts are where you break the body down, rest is where you get stronger!

Yes, recovery time is necessary to rebuild. So if you’re training everyday and not seeing results, chances are you need to rethink your programming.

Take a day off and go for a walk, be kind to your body. And if you’re not sleeping as soundly as this guy, that’s your body telling you to give it a break!
