3 exercises, a simple workout that gets the job done

If you know me or have ever trained with me, you know that I am all about simplicity.  I love taking basic exercises, focusing on form and function and then turning them into something really fun.  Everyone seems to be trying to reinvent the wheel these days, but what’s wrong with going back to our roots of movement?

That’s what today’s workout is all about, 3 powerful and simple exercises that challenge your ability to use ground force, maintain posture as well as challenging multiple planes of movement.
